| Supply of homes in SLO County Are you ready to find your forever home or next investment in San Luis Obispo County?Well, let us share some good news with you! As of May 2022, SLO County has had a total of 508 active listings. Believe it or not, that’s a large increase in the number of listings, and one of those could be your forever home!San Luis Obispo County is not slowing down when it comes to homes being listed for sale. There has been a steady increase of homes being listed from December 2021 to May 2022. In December 2021, there were only 161 new homes listed and as of May 2022, there were 392 new listings in the county. While there is talk about a potential market crash, this infographic shows quite the opposite. Homes are still being listed, and there is a steady level of buyers in the market. The market is still strong, and there are plenty of home and investment opportunities in our county.
